Unable to browse the Web or use email?

Here are a few tips that will help you identify and fix the problem.

A good way to know if your Internet connection is down is to check whether you can use your email AND access different Web pages.

If the problem only affects one Web site, it’s probably a problem with the Web site. If only your email is affected, contact technical support or check the configuration of your email software.

However, if more that one Web site AND your email are not working, It is likely that your Internet connection or its configuration are the source of the problem.

Troubleshooting methods differ depending on the type of Internet connection. If you are not sure of the type of connection, consult the list of ORICOM INTERNET’s modems.
