Best ISP of all time. Not a single problem since I got it. The first honest ISP I had yet. Long Life to Oricom. (updated 27 Sept 2020) - got a little trouble with the signal last year, got great help from a technician by email. Resolved the same day. And yeah, it is a real review :D Bot don't update their review haha. (January 2021 update): Still there, got a augmentation of 1$ in 4 years.

Excellent service always take the time to explain if you don't understand something. They even called me offering a better internet connection for my need. I was paying too much for what I was using. I've been with them for about 15 yrs or more. I plan to stay that way. The technician even help me repair my computer. With Oricom you feel you are the only client they have.

Not only is the service excellent, Oricom shows great solidarity by giving unlimited access to all its subscribers, regardless of their plan, during at least the four months of pandemic / containment (March, April, May, June 2020) . J'ai toujours été abonné à des compagnies telles que Bell ou Vidéotron et c'était toujours très compliqué, les forfaits étaient complexes et dispendieux, les installations très longues et surtout, un temps d'attente démesuré au téléphone. Avec Oricom, c'est complètement l'inverse. Tout est simple, très clair, l'installation se fait en 2 minutes et surtout, les prix sont excellents...

Ma copine Chloé Giroux, a communiqué avec la compagnie Oricom ce jour. Elle désirait modifier son forfait internet ainsi qu'effectuer un paiement. Elle a discuté avec 2 de vos employées, l'une au service à la clientèle et la deuxième à la réception. Elle dit avoir obtenu un service exemplaire de la part de celles-ci et qu'elles ont démontré de l'efficacité, de la politesse et du dynamisme ! Le tout a pris seulement 5 minutes...
